We are not a general-audience AI education provider, a school, or a beginner course platform. Our work is professional AI enablement for businesses (websites, AEO, training, and consulting), not introductory AI courses for individuals.

Connect with Liann on LinkedInLiann Moser is the Founder and President of BlueShore.AI and brings 25 years of IT experience to every engagement. Her career reads like a guided tour through every layer of the modern technology stack, and in hindsight every stop was building toward the same destination: a strong foundation for AI.
It started at Microsoft, where she learned how enterprise software actually runs the business and how the right platform can change the way an entire company works. From there she moved to Dell and got close to the hardware, the physical machines and infrastructure that everything else depends on. At VMware she went a level higher into infrastructure and monitoring, learning how complex systems are virtualized, observed, and kept healthy at scale.
Then came the data years. At Moogsoft she worked in AI Ops, where machine learning is used to make sense of millions of operational signals in real time, an early, practical look at AI doing real work. At Splunk she lived in the world of data streaming, helping organizations capture and act on data the moment it is created. And at Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) she focused on the semantic layer, the place where raw data is finally turned into language a business can understand and trust.
Enterprise software, hardware, infrastructure and monitoring, AI Ops, data streaming, and the semantic layer. Each step added a piece of the same puzzle. AI is only as good as the data and infrastructure beneath it, and Liann has worked hands-on at every one of those layers. She founded BlueShore.AI to bring that full-stack depth of expertise to small and mid-size businesses in Northern Ohio.

The Story
In 1993 I was at the University of Illinois when Marc Andreessen and a small team built Mosaic, the browser that put the internet in front of everyday people. I didn't just read about it. I was there.
Within a year I co-founded Digital Media Group, one of America's first web development firms, building prototypes that resembled eBay, Amazon, and Zillow before those companies existed. We white-labeled dial-up access, bought domain names through Network Solutions, and had a silent Microsoft partner giving us early browser access when almost nobody outside Redmond had it.
In 1999 Microsoft recruited me directly to their Business Solutions Group. My team delivered enterprise e-commerce platforms for Progressive Insurance, Sherwin-Williams, Goodyear, and Victoria's Secret at a time when nobody had a playbook. We wrote it as we went.
After seven years I stepped away to raise three daughters. The best investment I ever made. In 2024 I recognized the same electricity I felt in 1993. My wife of twenty years, Liann, with 25 years in enterprise data strategy, semantic architecture, and applied AI, felt it too. We built BlueShore.AI together.
I'm not selling software. I'm selling thirty years of knowing which wave to catch and when.
Areas of Focus
We are a Northern Ohio team, based in Huron in Erie County, with a satellite team in Bowling Green and a remote marketing team in Colorado. We serve local businesses from Sandusky to Cleveland and beyond.
Unlike firms that disappear after go-live, we stay involved after every deployment. Your success after launch is where our work really begins.
